GRACE ANATOMY STUDIO POLICIES
- All
classes require 24 hours notice when cancelling and/or rescheduling.
- Monthly Unlimited classes cancelled/rescheduled under 24 hours result in a $25 cancellation fee.
- Reservations required 12 hours prior to class to guarantee a spot in class. Classes with zero clients signed in 12 hours prior to class start time are automatically cancelled.
- No children allowed in the group class room.
- First
session must be secured with a credit card.
- All
series expire 12 months from date of purchase.
- Socks
must be worn in all sessions.
- Please
silence all cell phones and pagers.
GRACE ANATOMY PILATES
STUDIO PERSONALIZED EXERCISE PLANS
Pilates sessions will use all of the
specialized equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability
Chair, Ladder Barrels, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel and a variety
of other small apparatus for a fun, varied and challenging
workout every time.
Pilates sessions & Group Reformer
Classes last approximately 55 minutes in
length.
Group Reformer- Pilates
workout on the reformer with a maximum of 5 people. All participants
must be injury free. Prior Pilates experience is a prerequisite
for level 1 and 2. Due
to limited space, participants must sign up prior to class
in order to reserve a spot.
Semi-private- Pilates
workout for couples or friends that wish to workout together.
Private- Pilates workout
and specific exercises that are tailored to your personal
fitness or health goals, needs and abilities.
Pre-natal- Pilates workout that strengthens
the core muscles that support pregnancy and delivery. The
Pilates program will adapt and modify your exerxise plan as
your body and abilities change.
Post-natal- Bring baby back with you! Get
back in shape with Pilates exercise workouts modified for
post delivery or C-section.
Athletic Conditioning- Pilates workout that
sharpens agility, boosts strength and endurance, and prevents
injury. Learn how to isolate muscles and increase movement
efficiency while emphasizing core stability.
Jumpboard Interval Training- Pilates workout
that energizes you with heart-pumping moves that builds strength
and burns calories. Total-body cardio and core program featuring
innovative, yet simple jumpboard combinations.
Golf Conditioning- Pilates workout and specific
exercises that target key areas and strengthens every muscle
for your golf game with special focus on the core. |
