| Grace
Wang |
At
an early age, Grace has had a love for the arts. Grace
extensively studied Ballet until she entered the University
of Missouri at Kansas City. While enjoying the college
experience, the love for dance was too strong. In
1995, Grace accepted a dance scholarship to the prestigious
Joe Tremaine professional dance school.
Moving
to Los Angeles in 1995 was great for Grace’s professional
development. Not only did she perform in television
shows, videos, and commercials. She also had the opportunity
to learn and study Pilates. Grace has several industry
certifications, most notable the Stott Pilates Certification.
While teaching Pilates at Jonathan Club, Grace also
had a very extensive list of home clients. She is
known for her high energy and positive attitude. She
excels at motivating clients and provides detailed
attention to each individual’s needs. The word spread
very quickly about unique and enthusiastic style of
training.
In
2007, she opened her first studio, Grace Anatomy Pilates
Studio, in Studio City. Grace’s goal is for everyone
to have the opportunity to experience the values of
Pilates. Grace Anatomy Pilates Studio offers group
reformer classes, semi-private or private lessons.
Grace is committed to bringing the best of Pilates
and Fitness to Grace Anatomy. Grace believes “once
you try Grace Anatomy Pilates Studio in Studio City,
you will be hooked”.

| Tammy
Gibson |
Tammy
Gibson was born and raised in Alaska and has been
dancing and teaching professionally all over the world
for 17 years.
She is currently a Radio City Rockette and has performed
in the Academy Awards; various productions in Los
Angeles, Las Vegas, the LA Opera, and a soloist in
the first national tour of the Broadway show Fosse.
After studying for three years with one of Joseph
Pilates “Master Inheritors,” Kathy Grant, Tammy graduated
with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the prestigious
New York University Tisch School of Performing Arts
and went on to complete her Pilates certification
through one of the privileged few “2nd Generation”
Pilates Master Instructors, Jennifer Kries. Tammy
worked as Jennifer Kries’ assistant and taught private
and group classes at her studio in New York City as
well as many other renowned fitness facilities throughout
New York City and Connecticut.
Tammy also helped design the Pilates program for Fitness
Edge, a large chain of gyms throughout the east coast
and watched the excitement build. Her method is traditional
Pilates with a twist and the mind/body connection,
when honed, can provide endless possibilities.
After 10 years of teaching experience, Tammy Gibson
is thrilled to share her Pilates expertise with the
clientele of Grace Anatomy.

Tiffany's
had a love for gymnastics and dance from a very young
age, prompting a smooth transition into Pilates after
some professional dance injuries were successfully
healed by the method. Her passion
for a pain free, agile, and strong body all-in-one
was discovered through the amazing benefits of the
Pilates Method.
With a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University
of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Tiffany has performed in national
tours and regional theatres across the country. She's
been blessed to go to the Beijing 2008
Olympics and Cape Town South Africa with the LA troupe
Urban Poets, bringing a message of individuality and
creativity through dance, spoken word, and sketch
comedy.
Hailing with a certification from LA's Pilates Sports
Center, Tiffany keeps class fun while also challenging
her clients to go deeper every time, walking out refreshed
and energized after each class!

| Elise
Ivy |
Elise
Ivy has always been a fitness fanatic. Growing up
in a family with an exercise physiologist father it
seemed to be her natural path. She began personal
training in 2003, and loved it, but felt there was
something missing from her weight room workouts. In
2008 she discovered Pilates and the missing link to
her training. She quickly fell in love with Pilates
and decided to get certified through The Physical
Mind Institute. Elise currently has six fitness certification
and she continues to both personal train and teach
Pilates.

| Lisa
Jaskilka |
Lisa's
passion for pilates stems from her profession as a
dancer. She has been a professional dancer in Los
Angeles since 2000 when she started assisting top
choreographers and performing in various shows throughout
the city. She has been seen on television in Gilmore
Girls and the Teen Choice Awards as well as performing
at the Arrowhead Pond and Los Angeles Coliseum. Lisa
has been a part of Word in Motion dance company, toured
with Armor of Light and has taught at numerous dance
studios and schools throughout the country. She has
been a member of Urban Poets for the past couple of
years, performing in shows and conferences nationally
and internationally.
Lisa
was certified through Pilates Sport Center in Encino,
and continues to expand her knowledge to provide innovative
experiences for her clients.

| Kandice
Kingsley |
Upon
graduating with honors from the University of Arizona
with a BFA in dance, Kandice moved to Los Angeles
to dance professionally while also teaching Pilates
and dance. She had the incredible opportunity to perform
in a Cirque du Soleil show in Guam where she was introduced
to the Stott Pilates Method. She returned to California
to complete her full Stott Pilates Certification at
the John Garey Pilates Studio.
She is thrilled to be using her certification to teach
and is continuously astounded how one hour of Pilates
can benefit a person! Her positive attitude, biomechanics
background, and love of Pilates keeps her clients
smiling and engaged.

| Jolene
Peters |
Jolene
started dancing at the age of two. She moved to Los
Angeles in 1999 on a scholarship to the prestigous
Edge Performing Arts Center and began working on stage,
in various TV shows, commercials, and film.
In
2004 Jolene was certified in Pilates from Whole Body
Gallery in Los Angeles, following the strict guidelines
of the Pilates Method Alliance.
She
has worked as an assistant to physical therapists
using Pilates for rehabilitation and continues to
be amazed at the benefits of Pilates. Her continuing
education keeps her classes current, fun, and fresh.

| Kevin
Sateri |
Kevin
has been teaching pilates for over 11 years, and has
a regular following in Los Angeles and New York City.
His group classes have also taken him to teach in
Las Vegas, Canada, and Europe.
With
a professional dance and fitness background, Kevin
likes to incorporate those aspects into his workouts.
If
you're looking for a fun, upbeat, energetic class,
come join him and expect to notice the results that
pilates is known for!

| Giggi
Thesman |
A
native of Stockholm, Sweden, Giggi moved out to Los
Angeles thirteen years ago to pursue her dream of
becoming a professional actor, and dancer. A few months
after moving to Los Angeles, Giggi was given a scholarship
to the prestigious Joe Tremaine Dance Center where
she trained under some of the best choreographers
in the country.
Giggi
has been featured dancing in many music videos, commercials
and motion pictures including artists including Justin
Timberlake, Usher, P. Diddy, Jon Bon Jovi, GAP, Austin
Powers, and Rent.
Giggi
is STOTT PILATES® trained instructor and has been
teaching Pilates for the pst 10 years.

Weirich |
| Annie
Weirich is a PMA certified Pilates Instructor. Classically
trained with an emphasis on function and anatomy, she
keeps every class fun but challenging.
She's
excited to be part of the amazing staff at Grace Anatomy.
