Pod Class

Our signature style of Pilates is a contemporary approach to classic Pilates techniques emphasizing form, strength and flexibility for a full body workout.     

Classes will lengthen and strengthen using full size Stott studio reformers and incorporate small props such as trampolines, foam rollers, pilate rings and small weights.

  • The pod classroom has two full walls of windows to allow for fresh air and ventilation.

  • Maximum of 6 clients per class.

  • Reservations must be made 12 hours in advance.  No walk in appointments.
