Our signature style of Pilates is a contemporary approach to classic Pilates techniques emphasizing form, strength and flexibility for a full body workout.
Classes will lengthen and strengthen using full size Stott studio reformers and incorporate small props such as trampolines, foam rollers, pilate rings and small weights.
The pod classroom has two full walls of windows to allow for fresh air and ventilation.
Maximum of 5 clients per class.
Reservations must be made 12 hours in advance. No walk in appointments.
